Demolition of an existing bungalow and construction of a bespoke, architect-designed home, built to a high specification as a long-term family residence.
Delivered on a tight plot with close neighbouring properties, the project was carefully managed with clear communication to minimise disruption throughout.
External works included a landscaped garden with gabion retaining walls to support the rear banking, alongside rendered blockwork walls and porcelain copings to achieve a clean, contemporary finish.
